What uses credits?
A badge scan uses 4 credits: you scan a badge, and Waterfall Lead Enrichment returns a verified, CRM-ready contact, included in the scan. Enriching a contact you already captured (from a paper card scan, a LinkedIn QR code, or your card's contact form) uses 1 credit. Failed enrichments and duplicate scans never use a credit.
What happens when the free credits are used?
Scanning pauses so you are never billed by surprise. To keep capturing leads, buy credits right in the app (larger packs come with bonus credits on top, or buy any custom amount at $2.50 per credit). Do purchased credits expire?
Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. Credit purchases are one-time, not a subscription.
