Seat Flexibility: Seats are locked in for the billing period, but can be reassigned to new team members at any time. If someone leaves your team, you can assign their seat to another person without extra cost. You’ll only be billed if you add new seats beyond what’s already paid for.
Adding New Users Mid-Cycle (Pro-Rata Explained): When you add new users after your subscription has already started, the cost is pro-rated — meaning you only pay for the time remaining in your current billing period.
