What this means in practice
Enrichment runs at the moment of capture. When a rep scans a badge, a business card or a QR code, that contact is enriched and delivered to your CRM. There is not currently a way to upload a spreadsheet of existing contacts and have them enriched in bulk.
If you have a list you want worked on
Talk to us about it. Depending on what you are trying to do there may be a better route than a bulk upload, and we would rather tell you that than have you buy the wrong thing.
