Charges from us appear on card statements as WAVE CONNECT. If you see one you do not recognize, here is how to identify it in under a minute.

Common amounts

  • $9: Wave Connect PRO, monthly billing

  • $84: Wave Connect PRO, annual billing (once per year)

  • $7 per user: Wave Connect for Teams, monthly billing (e.g., $21 for a 3-person team)

  • $60 per user: Wave Connect for Teams, annual billing (once per year)

  • Small, odd amounts (like $4.50): usually a pro-rated charge for a seat added to a Teams account mid-billing-cycle

  • Other amounts: Event Lead Capture plans and physical NFC card orders vary by what was purchased

How to find the details

  • Check the inbox of the email address used at purchase: every charge comes with an emailed receipt.

  • Log in and open Settings > Billing to see your active subscription and invoices.

  • On a Teams account, a colleague or admin may have added seats: ask your account admin.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically, so an annual charge may be a renewal from a signup a year ago.

Still don't recognize it?

Contact us through this chat or [email protected] with the amount and date before filing a dispute with your bank. We can locate the charge, explain it, and refund it if it is wrong, which is much faster than a card dispute.
