How to update my Wave for Teams user's account log in details.

Updating User Contact Information:

Owners and Admins have the ability to update a user's contact information. Follow these steps to make the necessary changes:

  1. Access User Management:

    • Log in to your Wave for Teams account with Owner or Admin access.

  2. Select the "User" Tab

  3. Click the "..." on the user whose information you want to update:

  4. Click "Edit User"

    From there, you can edit the following information:

    • First Name

    • Last Name

    • Account Email

      • The email used to log in to the account

    • Account Phone

      • The phone number used to log in to the account

    • Display Email

      • This is the email that will be shared with contacts

    • Display Phone

      • This is the Phone that will be shared with contacts

    • Location

    • Job Title

    • Company

  5. Assign or Reassign Teams:

    You have the option to reassign or assign the user to a team.

  6. Update User Access:

    • You can also update the user's access level as needed.

      • Access levels include User, Viewer, Manager, Admin, and Owner.

By following these steps, Owners and Admins can easily manage and update user information, ensuring that all contact details and team assignments are current and accurate.
