How To Unlink and Reassign Your Users' NFC Business Card Products

Learn how to unlink and reassign your user's NFC business cards and products from their account in the Wave for Teams or Enterprise Plan.

Unlinking NFC products from your team members' profiles:

1. Navigate to https://app.wavecnct.com/login and log in to your admin account. Make sure your account is on the "Wave for Teams" or "Enterprise" plan.

2. Click "Settings"

3. Click "Products"

4. Go to the user or product you want to disconnect and click the "..."

5. Click "Remove"

6. Click "Delete"

7. You're all set! The product has been disconnected from your team members' profiles.

Reassigning NFC products to your team members' profiles:

1. Navigate to https://app.wavecnct.com/login and log in to your admin account. Make sure your account is on the "Wave for Teams" or "Enterprise" plan.

2. Click "Settings"

3. Click "Products"

4. Find the product you want to reassign and click "..."

Tip: NFC products that are already disconnected will say "Ready to be connected" in the "Connected To" column.

5. Click "Update"

6. Click the empty "Connected To" field.

7. Select the user you want to connect this NFC product to

8. Click "Save"

9. You're all set! The product has been connected to your team members' profile
