You have two options when linking an NFC product for your users.
1. Your user can link their own NFC product to their account
You can hand the NFC card or NFC product randomly to your team members, who can then scan the QR code on the back or tap it on the phone. From there, they will be prompted to log in using their account email (typically their company email) to link their account to their card.
2. The administrator of the account can link the user's NFC product to their account
For the second option, the admin or owner of the Wave for Teams dashboard can scan the QR code on the back of the card or tap the card against the back of your phone.
From there, you will be prompted to log in using your admin account. Once logged in, as the admin, you can select who you'd like to connect this NFC business card to from your team listed in a dropdown menu. Select the team member and click "connect."
