How to View and Edit Your User's Contacts & Leads

This guide provides essential instructions for effectively managing and viewing leads collected by your team on the Wave platform.

1. Navigate to https://app.wavecnct.com/login and log in to your admin account. Make sure your account is on the "Wave for Teams" or "Enterprise" plan.

2. Click "Contacts"

3. You can create a new contact or export contacts

4. You can filter for contacts by user, team , or date

5. You can view all your team leads in the contacts tab

6. Click a "Contact" to view or edit their info

7. You can view or edit contact info, name, job title, email, phone, tags, and notes

What You Can View On Your Teams Contacts:

In the 'Contacts' section, you can see detailed information about each contact, including:

  • Contact Information: View the details of each contact your team has collected.

  • Team Member: See which team member collected the lead.

  • Connection Date: Check the date when the team member connected with the lead.

  • Tags: View any tags that were left for the contact.

  • Assigned Team: Identify which team the contact is assigned to.

Note: If a team member or user departs from your organization and is removed from the dashboard, you can still view and edit the collected leads.

Editing Your Teams Contacts:

If you need to make changes to a contact:

  1. Select the Contact: Click on the contact you wish to edit.

  2. Edit Contact Information: You can change the first name, last name, email, phone, location, and job title or add notes as necessary.

These features allow you to efficiently manage and update your team's contacts, ensuring all information is current and accurately maintained.
