If you are not receiving your 6-digit login verification code, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Confirm Your Contact Information:

    • Ensure that you have entered the correct email address or phone number. Double-check for any typos or errors.
  2. Check Your Spam Folder:

    • If you sent the verification code to your email, check your spam or junk folder. Sometimes, emails may be mistakenly marked as spam.
  3. Whitelist Our Domain:

    • If the email landed in your spam folder, mark it as "Not Spam" and whitelist our domain to ensure future emails are delivered to your inbox.
  4. Resend the Code:

    • Wait for 2 minutes and then resend the verification code to your email or phone.
  5. Contact Support:

    • If you still haven't received your code after following the above steps, contact our support team for further assistance at contact@wavecnct.com.
