Analytics Overview:

The analytics section is a PRO feature that provides valuable insights into how your digital business card is performing. You can track various metrics based on a designated time frame (day, month, year) to understand engagement and interaction with your page.

Metrics You Can Track:

  1. Page Views:

    • Monitor the number of times your page has been viewed within the selected time frame.
  2. Page Clicks:

    • Track the total number of clicks on your page to see how often visitors interact with your content.
  3. Click-Through Rate:

    • Measure the click-through rate to understand the percentage of visitors who click on links or elements on your page.
  4. Contacts Collected:

    • Keep track of the number of contacts collected through your digital business card.
  5. Type of View by Sharing Method:

    • Analyze how people are being directed to your page. This includes views from the web, your physical NFC product, or a QR code.
  6. Clicks Based on Content Displayed:

    • Determine which content on your page is generating the most engagement. This includes clicks on websites, social media links, contact information, videos, files, etc.

Exporting Data via CSV:

You can also export your analytics data for further analysis or reporting purposes:

  1. Select Time Frame:

    • Choose the specific time frame (day, month, year) for which you want to export the data.
  2. Export Data:

    • Click on the export option to download your analytics data as a CSV file. This file can be used for detailed analysis or shared with your team for reporting purposes.
