The Analytics Tab in your Wave dashboard provides insights into how your team’s digital business cards are performing. This data helps you track engagement, measure effectiveness, and optimize your networking strategy.
1. Navigate to https://app.wavecnct.com/login and log in to your admin account. Make sure your account is on the "Wave for Teams" or "Enterprise" plan.
2. Click "Analytics"
3. Filter by user, team, or date
4. View key analytics such as page views, page clicks, and contacts collected
5. Click "download icon" near the analytics category to export the data
6. Export all data or user specific data by clicking "..."
7. Select the "Export CSV" or "Export User analytics" option
Key Metrics
Page Views: The total number of times your team's digital business cards were viewed.
Page Clicks: The total number of clicks on your team's pages, including social media links, websites, and other interactive elements.
Click-Through Rate (CTR): This is calculated as:
CTR = (Page Clicks / Page Views) × 100
This metric indicates how engaging your digital business card is based on the number of people who interacted with links after viewing your page.
Contacts Collected: The total number of contacts exchanged. This includes individuals who received your team's contact information and also shared theirs.
Type of Views
The Type of Views section provides insights into where your page views are coming from. The total count in this section should match your overall Page Views.
Card: Views generated from your team sharing their NFC business cards.
QR Code: Views resulting from your team sharing their profile via a QR code.
Web: Views from digital sharing methods, including:
Sending a profile via email or SMS
Adding the profile to a link in bio
Including the profile in an email signature
Post-Exchange Actions
After a visitor closes the Exchange Form, you can track what actions they take next. This provides deeper insights into how leads are engaging with your digital business card.
Save Contact: The number of users who chose to save your team's contact information but did not exchange details.
