Your templates' content tab allows you to update contact info, social media, websites, images, videos, maps, bios, files, and team directories in bulk from one place.
Updating Your Template "Content"
1. Navigate to https://app.wavecnct.com/login and log in to your admin account. Make sure your account is on the "Wave for Teams" or "Enterprise" plan to make edits to your user templates.
2. Click "Templates"
3. Click "Edit Template"
4. Ensure you are on the "Content" tab
5. Click "Add Content" to add additional content to your template
Tip: Please be aware that you can only include one content section on your template page.
Update Contact Info From Your Template
Make sure you are on the "Content" tab of your template.
1. Scroll down to update existing content, such as your user's "Contact Info."
2. Click "Unique" to make individual edits to user information. For example, ensure your users have unique email addresses.
3. Click the "Email" field to make any adjustments to the "Unique" field
Tip: If you have previously created your users manually or by using the bulk CSV file, the email address fields will be pre-populated in your template. Please note that you will only see users on this page if you have assigned this template to a team.
4. Click "Update Profiles" to update the user information
5. You can view all your content changes on the template preview
Tip: Your template preview will show "user unique email" or "user unique phone." However, on the user's profile page, their email or phone will appear in that field.
Update Websites From Your Template
Make sure you are on the "Content" tab of your template.
1. To make edits to "Website Links" click "Add Link" on the "Content" tab.
2. Click the "Name" field to input a title for the button that will appear on your template
3. Click the "URL" field to add the website URL
4. Click "Update Profiles" to apply the changes to your users
5. Your new website link will now be displayed on your template
6. Click "Unique" to make unqiue edits to this website button.
7. Click the "URL" field to make a specific adjustment to this website button. You can use this feature if the website URL varies for each user. For example, this may apply to different calendar booking links.
8. Click "Update Profiles" to apply your unique updates
Update Social Media From Template
Make sure you are on the "Content" tab of your template.
1. Click "Unique" to make updates to your user's social media profiles
2. Add a "URL" field if you'd like all users to have the same social media profile. For example, your company's LinkedIn profile URL.
3. Click the user's unique social media URL to make unique adjustments. One example would be the user's unique LinkedIn profile URL.
4. Click "Update Profiles" to apply your changes
