How to Cancel Your Wave PRO Subscription

If you need to cancel your Wave PRO subscription, follow these steps:

Cancelling Your Subscription:

  1. Log in to Wave Connect:

    • Start by logging into your Wave Connect account.

  2. Go to Settings:

    • Navigate to the 'Settings' section.

  3. Click on Billing:

    • Select 'Billing' to access your subscription details.

  4. Cancel Your Plan:

    • Click on 'Cancel Plan' and confirm your decision to cancel the plan.

Important Note:

  • Apple In-App Purchases: If you subscribed to Wave PRO using Apple In-App purchases, you need to cancel your subscription through the app on your Apple device and not on the web.
