When a team member leaves
Leads captured by someone who later leaves the company stay with the organization. Offboarding a person does not take their event leads with them.
If you cancel
Your data remains exportable, and we do not charge an export fee to get it out.
How your data is held
Wave Connect stores customer data in the United States on Google Cloud Platform. We hold a SOC 2 Type II attestation, we are listed in the Cloud Security Alliance STAR registry at Level 1, and we are GDPR compliant with a Data Processing Agreement available. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
