What to do if you come across a bug, error, invalid token message, or any unexpected issue.

1. Report the Issue via Chat

The fastest way to get assistance is through our in-app chat. Here’s how:

  • Select "Talk to a person" in the chat conversation.

  • Describe the issue in detail, including:

    • The exact steps you took before the error appeared.

    • The error message (if any) displayed on your screen.

    • A screenshot or screen recording (if possible) to help our team understand the issue better.

2. Contact Support via Email

If you prefer email, you can reach our support team at [email protected].

When sending an email, please include:

  • A clear description of the bug or error.

  • The steps you followed before the issue occurred.

  • Any error messages or codes displayed.

  • Screenshots or screen recordings (if available).
