Return Policy

We do not offer a return policy. Once an item is purchased, it cannot be returned. Custom and personalized products (like custom cards or accessories) are non-refundable and non-returnable. Each item is made to order and cannot be resold once created.


Refunds for Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a refund.

To qualify:

  • You must contact [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include clear photos or videos showing the damage.

Once we verify the issue:

  • Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take a few additional days to post the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, please contact [email protected] again.

If you encounter difficulties in activating your Wave product with compatible phones, and wish to request a refund or replacement, please reach out to our support team at [email protected]. In most cases, our team can assist in resolving these issues with some helpful guidance.

Warranty for Pro Members

Pro members are eligible for a warranty that offers a free replacement of products within 30 days of the product being marked as delivered. This warranty is exclusive to Pro members only.

No Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. If you require a different product, you will need to reorder after receiving your refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at [email protected] if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Non-returnable items include perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items, including custom cards), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification, in accordance with EU law.
